The information below describes our processing of your personal data. The first section is addressed to you as a user of our health services, the second section is addressed to you as a visitor on our website, for example when you contact us through the website.
Information on Twitch processing of your personal data as a user of services
Twitch processes your personal data as a user of our services to be able to provide and administer the services. The types of personal data processed by us depends on which service you are using as set out below.
Data Controller and contact information
Twitch Health Capital, reg. no. 556599-8001, is the data controller of the processing of your personal data. If you have questions concerning our processing of personal data, you can contact us by e-mail to info@twitch.se.
Personal data and how it is collected
- All services: Name, e-mail address, employer, login credentials;
- Booking service: Booking information regarding i.a. massage or naprapathy;
- Digital lifestyle survey: Information that you voluntarily provide in the digital lifestyle survey, such as telephone number, address, answers to the health questions regarding i.a. behavior and perceived health;
- Health challenges: Type of exercise and other healthy behavior registered in the health challenge;
- Physiological tests and blood tests: Personal identity number, level of fitness, waist circumference, body composition, results of blood tests and other information required for proper record keeping.
If personal data has not been provided to Twitch by you, we have received them from your employer. If so, such personal data may consist of name, e-mail address and employer.
What we use your personal data for
Twitch processes your personal data only for the purposes set out below.

Who we share your personal data with
To fulfill the purposes described above, we may need to share your personal data with our suppliers when they perform services to us, for example suppliers of support and maintenance of our IT systems. Twitch remains responsible for the processing of your personal data performed by our suppliers on our behalf and such suppliers may not use the personal data for purposes other than those specified by us.
When we share your personal data as described above, the personal data may be transferred to suppliers both within and outside of EU/EEA. Any transfer of data outside the EU/EEA is made in line with data protection laws. If processing is performed outside of EU/EEA, it is based on that the EU Commission has decided that the receiving country ensures an adequate level of protection or other adequate safeguards in the form of the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
In the booking service, we will share your bookings with the party with whom your time is booked. If required, we may also provide information about bookings and certain personal data to a third party in order to fulfill requirements in service agreements. If we share your personal data with such a party, the party is the data controller of its processing of your personal data after receipt from us. The sharing is made for purposes such as enabling invoicing or salary deductions from your employer.
Storage periods
We will process your persona data during the term of the agreement with your employer regarding our services. We will thereafter delete your personal data within 12 months, unless laws or regulations obliges us to continue the processing. For example, patient records must be kept for 10 years.
In certain cases, where your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, it will be deleted earlier, for example after a completed health challenge. If your employment with the employer who has the agreement regarding the services with Twich is terminated, or if you want to cease using our services for other reasons, notify us on the e-mail address under contact information above and let us know that your personal data should be deleted.
Third party apps
Please note that this information only applies to processing of personal data for which Twitch is the data controller. We may recommend certain third party apps to you, for example in conjunction with the outcome of your digital lifestyle survey. Such apps are not controlled by us and we are not responsible for any processing of your personal data performed by the third party. We recommend that you control the relevant third party’s privacy policy for further information.
Your rights
You are entitled to the following rights under applicable data protections laws:
- The right to access: You are entitled to receive certain information on our processing of your personal data. Such information is provided in this information document. Further, you have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we process relating to you. Upon request, we will provide a copy of your personal data in a commonly used electronic form.
- The right to rectification: You are entitled to obtain rectification of inaccurate personal data and to have incomplete personal data completed.
- The right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): You may under certain circumstances request us to delete your personal data. Please note that this right is not unconditional. Therefore, an attempt to invoke the right might not lead to an action from us.
- The right to restriction of processing: You may under certain circumstances request from us to restrict the processing of your personal data. Please note that this right is not unconditional. Therefore, an attempt to invoke the right might not lead to an action from us.
- The right to data portability: You are entitled to receive your personal data (or have your personal data directly transmitted to another data controller) in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- The right to object: You are entitled to object to certain processing activities conducted by the us in relation to your personal data, such as our processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest. The right to object also applies to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Information on Twitch processing of your personal data as a visitor on our website
When you visit and use services provided at twitchhealth.se, Twitch will process your personal data. Below you will find information on how and why we process your personal data and your rights in connection with our processing.

What personal data to we process?
We process personal data when (i) you sign up for our subscription service for newsletters, (ii) you apply for a job with us through the website, (iii) you ask for contact with us/ask questions in a contact form (iv) we invite you to events and meetings, or (v) you are the contact person at a Twitch customer or supplier. Such personal data will include the personal data you provide when using the services, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number and other information you voluntarily provide to us (such as information in a CV if you are applying for a job).
Why do we process your personal data?
Twitch processes your personal data only for the purposes set out below. For how long we are processing your personal data for the respective purpose is set out in the column to the right.
